Well, I haven’t really done much with the characters in Pleasantview. I have been messing around with the other ‘hoods’ and creating new ones. So the Goths, the Pleasants, Don Lothario, the Caliente sisters, and the Oldies are the same since the game first came out. I am beginning to screw up their lives. I will update my blog when things come to a boil.

Well, it’s been a few years since the original Sims 2 game was released. And, I have had quite an experience! Now I am experimenting with the movie making feature and helping create a web-series. It is a revamp of the Ask Princess Zelda series. Currently I have all the expansions that have been released up to this point and most of the Stuff Packs, including Holiday Stuff. There is a lot to do in these games. I remember when I first picked up the game that started them all – The Sims 1 – and began my long journey. It all began with evictions, which soon lead to killing my sims in cruel and unusual ways – well, at least they were at that point – and making their lives as miserable as they can get. It was quite fun, and then time passed, and I was introduced to the Sims 2, where I created even more mayhem for these unlucky simulated characters. And now it is 2008, and I am a Sims 2 Movie Maker!

The Life of a Producer…

Since a couple weeks ago, I have been a producer. I am also an animator, if you can call it that. I have been helping Z. Farore Barrow produce her revamped Ask Princess Zelda series using the Sims 2. It’s been quite a learning experience for me. But, the final product has turned out far better than I have ever hoped to achieve. I have also created almost a dozen music videos, promos, and trailers for the series. They are quite a hit among the staff of Ask Princess Zelda, i just hope some fellow fans of the series run across them. I am planning on having the series premiere on the 29th.

Many of you may be wondering on the future of the popular web-series, Ask Princess Zelda after watching the 1-year anniversary episode a few months ago on Youtube Well, I am now the official producer and animator of the show. It is being revamped into an animated series. The creator, Z Farore Barrow, has named it: Ask Princess Zelda: The Animated Series. As producer and animator, I have taken the liberty to produce several trailers, music videos, and promos for the Series Premiere on July 29th. Yup, the same day as the Eureka Season 3 premiere, and the release of Stargate: Continuum! In this revamp of the series, there will be several new characters introduced. Those characters are what gamers will recognize as Sims! For the first time ever, Princess Zelda will live in Pleasantview and be a Sim! Other Nintendo Characters coming to the series include: Ganondorf, Nabooru, and Princess Peach! We (the Staff of Ask Princess Zelda) are very excited about this revamp of the series, and cannot wait to hear the fans reactions. Another Expansion?!

Yup, that’s right, MAXIS is releasing yet another expansion pack for the Sims 2! Apartment Life will be the 9th expansion pack, apparently they are not taking the same path as they did with the original Sims. My guess is they are doing this only to give the fans something during the interval between now and the release of the Sims 3. Who knows, maybe they will release

more as time progresses….
